When I ask psychics how to be clairvoyant – they laugh and say we already are. Most are of the opinion that we have psychic abilities and just need to nurture them. You may have experienced a few instances that you brushed off as coincidence – but they have brought you here to this page.
My information comes from working psychics with many years experience – they run workshops, do readings, platform events and many appear on television and radio. You will find some of them interviewed throughout this website.
Other abilities I have witnessed include: Amanda Roussety feeling pain (clairsentience), Ezio de Angelis smelling tobacco and perfume (clairalience), Margaret Deering who hears (clairaudience). I have also seen psychics licking their lips and asking about food (clairgustance).
- Meditation – most clairvoyants recommend meditation before you start doing any sort of psychic work or practice.
- Phone – as the phone is ringing try to imagine who is calling. Maybe you could start with guessing male or female? If you are feeling really game mention their name before they speak. If you get it wrong they might think you are a bit odd – if you get it right they will be astonished. This only works on phones that have no caller ID.
- Object – focus on an object. Imagine an invisible cord running from that object to your third eye. You are connected. Fix the object firmly in your mind. Have someone hide it. Now test yourself.
- Box – place playing cards or tarot cards in a box. Close your eyes, remove a card and identify it. Don’t do this at a bus stop. You can even make your own tarot cards.
Discovering how to be Clairvoyant
Like any ability we can develop it further. And I would strongly suggest going to a spiritualist church or meeting with some clairvoyants – they can steer you in the right direction. It’s important that you nurture your gift and get with the right folk. People who already know how to be clairvoyant are usually quite generous with their time – that’s if you are serious.
Clairvoyants come in all shapes and sizes. A clairvoyant who appears on television or radio has many talents but that it does not mean they are the best. It means they have a flair for the media and larger audiences. Others do not want that. The lady who reads from her caravan could possibly be one of the best clairvoyants on earth – but is happy doing what she does. Then again she could be the worst.
Above all don’t be too serious and enjoy yourself – it is a lifetime of learning. Discovering how to be clairvoyant and developing your gifts is a wonderful adventure. And you’ll meet some very interesting people on the way. Keep an open mind and stay with the people who are honest to you.
