After I learned alpha meditation my life changed. The more I adopted the practice in my life – the more possibilities in the material and spiritual world opened up for me. I learned that peace of mind is a very powerful tool for anyone who wants it. It opens the door to creativity, opportunity and peace. When I stop meditating things don’t happen as much. It’s a simple as that.
The funny thing is once I started this I seemed to find other people who practiced meditation too. And not just people – books, ideas, courses and films started popping out at me. This is where I learned about being on the same wavelength.
To be honest I was not interested in any of this until I forced myself to put my life back together – a disaster became the catalyst for change – if I didn’t change I am not sure where I would be today. A peaceful mind is a wonderful thing. And the more we experience it the better life becomes.
In the psychic world I know of countless people who meditate in one form or another. Meditation does not belong to any religion – it is not a religion. But if you want to develop your psychic ability, your creative ability or just need to become more aware – alpha meditation is a good fit. And I know that once we start this journey the meaning of serendipity becomes clearer and clearer.

In Tune with the Planet?
The frequency of the planet discovered by Nikola Tesla is approximately 8 Hz – some call this the earth’s heartbeat. The Alpha level is approximately 8 – 12 Hz. Does this mean that reaching the Alpha Level places us in tune with the planet?
What is Alpha Meditation?
The Alpha Level is a brain wave frequency and the level you want for meditation. It’s lower than wide awake and higher than deep sleep. According to the late Jose Silva it’s the level of creativity, intuition and inspiration. Jose developed the Silva Method which has been conduced around the world for decades.
I did this course five times (not because I failed! – I just need to remind myself from time to time). I’ve also done other meditation courses, NLP and visited ashrams, temples and churches. I’m not looking for anything better – I’m just exploring. I know I have the tools I need – I just need to sharpen them from time to time. And it all comes back to alpha meditation. Just five to ten minutes twice a day.
Silva Method
On this course I learned how to get to the Alpha Level at any time of day and to tap into the power of my mind. I met others on the courses – from all walks of life. There were business people, creatives and other Silva graduates. I used to think successful people did not attend courses like this – but I came to understand that success is not a destination – it is part of the adventure. And the more I surround myself with people who aspire for greater things – the more I will want them myself.
The Silva Method showed me how to go to ‘alpha” and what was available in my world if I wanted it. I also had to learn how to clear mind chatter and distractions.
There are some radio recordings of frequencies that can help bring you down to the Alpha Level during your alpha meditation. Or you may have a mantra that you recite. The level can also come automatically – during daydreaming, showering or just waking up. You can try it yourself, do a course, meet with others who do this.
Alpha meditation is well worth exploring.
